RTV60

RTV60; is a two-component, high-temperature resistant elastomer silicone material. The material is base products and cured with DBT (dibutyl tin dilaurate) or STO (stannous tin octoate). DBT may be preferred for many applications, but alternative catalysts can be considered for faster curing. RTV31, RTV60 and RTV88 are available in forms with different viscosities. They are preferred for protecting power supplies, electric motors, transformers and many other parts from external factors as a result of embedding and encapsulation.

• RTV60  is rated at 47,000 cps.
• 54-58 Hardness Shore A.
• Operate between -54 °C and +260 °C.
• Provide very good thermal insulation.
• They should be mixed with DBT at a rate of 0.1 – 0.5%, with STO at a rate of 0.1 – 0.5%, with RTV9811 at a rate of 5-10%, with RTV9950 at a rate of 5-10%, with RTV9910 at a rate of 5%.
